NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic Borde Hill Lane, Haywards Heath in the Mid Sussex District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on Borde Hill Lane for a distance approx 332 metres The emergency temporary closure commenced on 4th February 2025 for a maximum of 21 days. It is anticipated that works will be completed on 4th February 2025. The road closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while West Sussex County Council undertakes Emergency works due to urgent insatllation of oil tank by a crane The restriction will be in place day-time only from 09:30 until 15:30 An alternative route will be signed on site. Access maintained for emergency services, residents and pedestrians within the closed area.
